He was beyond awesome and answered every call and message. He was even communicating with me out the office and during lunch breaks. He went above and beyond to ensure this process was as smooth and easy as possible. He is the type of coordinator we all should experience with buying a home. Way to many people involved. Had to answer things more than once. Loan officer claims I didn't tell him the home was a manufactured home. Some time passed with no one contacting us. Not sure what happened. Lani left in the middle of the process. The lady that filled in did an excellent job.
