The whole process was very disorganized with little communication, next steps and what some terms mean. Additionally, there were several people calling to “set things up” when the closing was not even near.

I can't say enough good things about Joe Narron, I would say that the majority of my interactions was through Joe. We had quite a difficult time obtaining a Certificate of Eligibility from the VA but Joe was there helping every step of the way.

I was using a different mortgage company to start with and was having issues. I called veterans united and they made more progress in the first day than the other company made in weeks highly recommended for Va loans
