Anne Kuster and her team were great. We had constant communication, updates, and follow-ups. Our close got through ahead of time and all aspects were well coordinated. Anytime she was going to be out she left us at least two other people to contact as backups.

Therefore, we were really apprehensive about trying another company but once we met Trish she eased our fears. My husband is a retired Army Soldier, who suffers from P.T.S.D. and just about any episode can set him off. However, everything about our home buying process went smoothly. The only issues we gad were because of the title company Prosperity and their poor lack of communication. Veterans Unity should think twice before using them as they made them look bad. Because I've worked with Veterans United in the past I knew the issues I had were not from them.

The team was very professional. They answered any questions that I had. The process was so seamless. I have never closed on a home in 22 days and this is my fourth home. I have recommended Veterans United to aa couple of dear friends. I am sure they will feel the sane way once the process is over.
Veterans United made the home buying process for us first time home buyers very easy! They helped us with everything along the way, including setting us up with a realtor in the area we were looking in! They stayed on top of everything and made sure that we were prepared for everything along the way! I love how everything can be done online, the to-do list made things so much easier for me, being able to see what still needs to be done and what has been completed in such a user-friendly fashion. 10 out of 10 for Shawn! 100% would and have already recommended using Shawn to a friend. I believe he went out of his way to ensure we had exactly what we needed for closing. His communication was outstanding and he was never too busy to answer questions. If you have a “kudos” reward/acknowledgment he absolutely deserves it. I will never have enough good things to say about him. So lucky we got paired up with him.Now, some of your other staff….: like Stephanie Sanders is about as useful as tits on a turtle. She doesn’t return phone calls for starters, even after leaving messages with questions. She kept requesting information that I didn’t have and she was told this (multiple times) I told her I didn’t have the information and I wouldn’t until after a certain time (HELOC paperwork that I could get after closing on that loan which she was given a date for) but kept insisting she needed it, in a an email that was shared with the sellers agent (which I did not appreciate) because that realtor was able to use against me, making me look like I wasn’t doing anything. Seriously, who does that. Stephanie would be the only person who would make me tell others to stay away from your company. She’s completely and utterly useless.But, to close on a happy note, totally appreciated Shawn. He was absolutely fantastic!

Brad hoelfelman and Melissa logston are 2 of the most professional people i have ever had the pleasure to do business with. They handled my loan as it was there own. They made themselves available 24/7 and always had the correct answers to my many questions. They are an asset to veterans united home loans.
