The experience we have with Veterans United was a very positive one! The process was easy and the loan team was very awesome to work with. They really know the ins and out of the VA loan process. The online process was a breeze when submitting requirements. Our loan team keep us in the loop the whole time. It was actually a breeze and less stressful than what I expected. Ross Mclanahan and Anna Lower and Justin Sutton were the ones we dealt with during the process of getting our home. Anna has taught us some very important lessons on how to build and maintain our credit score that we will be continuing for the long term, she made it so easy even a caveman could do it and she was wonderful through the entire process. Ross will shoot it to you straight from the get go and keep you on a steady line to success. He has been our rock during this process and we have relied on him heavily and we truly appreciate everything he has done to get us into our home. Both Ross and Anna are impeccable people both very professional and equally personable with their clients and I could not have hand picked better people for us to have. Justin has been wonderful also, we did not have as much time with him as we did Anna and Ross but if you have a question he will do whatever he needs to do to get you the answer and he almost always answers your call on the first ring. He made it so easy to get ahold of him and finish the last of our to do list. 10/10 I highly recommend this team! Thank you veterans united for all that you do and stand for!

The entire process with Veteran's United was incredibly simple and fast. There were no questions about what was needed and when it was needed. Bryan Kay, the loan coordinator, was able to keep the work flow moving forward with little or no hiccups. It was a very smooth operation.

Nick really wants you to succeed in the process and very clearly lays everything out. He is a very charismatic individual, well spoken, and has a lot of confidence in his answers, which leaves you feeling very confident. I didn't at any time feel like I was lost and if I did, a quick call with nick would straighten out any confusion I may have had. He walked me through buying a house without a realtor, which is typically a little more paperwork and time consuming and made it seem easy. Thank you for all the time and effort!!
