I had always thought that purchasing a home was rather difficult and stressful. That actually did happen with the first home loan mortgage team. (NOT VU). It was basically a tug-of-war between them and me, and the items that THEY were trying to acquire was not available even though they knew it was impossible to attain. However, Chrissy Namaki, (NFG-Realtor) then contacted Mr. Jimmy Hale and soon after that, actually 2 weeks later, the impossible became a reality... I finally closed and stepped into my first ever own home after serving 22 years in the Navy. Mr. Brad Boer was also integral in this process as it was him who continued to communicate with me and advising me on what to do next. Overall, my stressors were gone, and my hope of finally getting a home was complete. I just want you, the Directors, Management and the rest of the staff of Veterans United, that both Mr. Jimmy Hale and Mr. Brad Boer deserves all the praise in this endeavor, as if it weren't for them, I would still be searching for a home in the great state of Texas.Thank you Veterans United...Respectfully,J.
