Everyone was extremely helpful throughout this quick buy. There were a few scares towards closing, but I was reassured by everyone on the team that things will be better at closing and sure enough things did get a lot better.
Thr underwriting and hone inspection need lots of work. Try getting everything all at once instead of waiting til last min for things to be done. We thought every was good then last min nope something else this went on for the entire process.
