From step one I had the feeling that veterans united and the team assigned to me, Ted, Christaline, Christian, had my back. They always kept me informed of where we were in the process and my next steps. I really liked the to do list on the website so I could know what I needed to do and also that what I had done was received. My first home buying experience was horrible, thank you for making this one awesome!
VU was fantastic. As a first time home-buyer, I had lots of questions. The entire team made the process a breeze from start to finish. I felt secure and that I could trust everyone with securing our home loan and purchase. I can’t imagine having worked alongside anyone else! They were professional, efficient, and accommodating.
VU needs to improve communication between loan teams and underwriters. For lack of a better term it was a sh*t show. I have never dealt with a more difficult financial institution.
