
I was so pleasantly surprised in how quickly they answer questions and helpful every single team member that was assigned to me in this adventure we call homeownership were to me. The clarity from Veterans United in any question I asked left me confident in what I was getting into and truly helped eliminate the fears of buying a home. Then out of nowhere we get a personalized handwritten card (not some premade and stamped) from my team manager Kelly (she is great!) along with a lovely picture of a map in a frame of our new address. It has been and always be the little things that keep people coming back to businesses like this one. I for one am very pleased and highly recommend to any veteran the level of care and professionalism Veterans United gives to its clients.


This was honestly the best process I've ever had. Joseph, Alyssa and the rest of the team (I can't remember all of the names) are phenomenal. I'm telling other Vet buddies of mine about VU and Joe's team. Truly can't say enough! I'll say this, between my realtor and Joe's team, I felt at ease in letting them do their thing. That might not be a good thing, but I trusted them to do right by me.I will say the negative is the website's message about using cookies won't go away and blocks part of the page. This is even worse on a mobile device.

I’m honestly not great at this but I’d feel guilty if I didn’t write something after all the hard work they put into finding my dream home. This has been an amazing process and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to guide me to my first house. All there hard work made this process so easy. The only thing I had to be anxious about is waiting for the move in date! Having to coordinate with multiple people can already feel overwhelming, and I understand how much harder that was with your closing delayed by more than a week.
