Be prepared for a lot of steps... and remember to be patient. A lot of things about the process may not make sense, but once you reach the end you'll be able to see what those were about. Check your email often - throughout the day - and respond to things from them as quickly as you can to help keep everything running as smoothly as possible.Don't go crazy buying stuff for the new house until AFTER you've closed and gotten everything connected, hooked up and paid for - the power, water, etc. Remember, things can fall through on you until after everything is signed at closing.
Everyone was very courteous and helpful with anything I needed or asked for. The portal makes it so easy to go through the process I felt no stress or anxiety throughout the whole process because of the people on my loan team.
Nate and Connor,Taylor and the rest of team did a fantastic job to get us into our house. We just can't say or thank them enough for all they did.

My loan team and the realtor they found for me could not have given me a better home buying experience! Phenomenal experience with my VU team. Everything went very quickly and extremely smooth. Not a single issue and they handled everything.
Only issue is had during this adventure was following up on paperwork. I felt if I didnt keep track and stay on top of the paperwork the ball would get dropped. I had a 2 week period waiting to close and during that time I was out of town and was not in touch. We'll low and behold closing day came and they didn't submit paperwork that was completed in more than enough time to not miss close. But when push came to shove the title company and close team figured out how to get us back on track and closed the same day.
