With a caveat that it would be easier if you are NOT trying to sell a house at the same time trying to get a loan on a new place. Excessive number of "to-do". If all those things were listed at one time instead of bringing them up over WEEKS/MONTHS.

If I could give Joe Schumacher a 10+ or 11, I would. He not only met my expectations but exceeded it. Our closure deadline was for the 15th and he nailed it on the 13th!
