Would be a ten. The inspector seemed to be good overall, But the very small minor scratches in paint caused a two week delay. I just wish the VA would have allowed me to accept these very minor paint scratches. Maybe it’s not the inspector fault I just think these scratches were a bit of a joke.
Very satisfied with the loan group...but the affiliated buyers agents were slow to contact, and difficult to connect with.
Be more specific with documents needed.

Be prepared for a lot of steps... and remember to be patient. A lot of things about the process may not make sense, but once you reach the end you'll be able to see what those were about. Check your email often - throughout the day - and respond to things from them as quickly as you can to help keep everything running as smoothly as possible.Don't go crazy buying stuff for the new house until AFTER you've closed and gotten everything connected, hooked up and paid for - the power, water, etc. Remember, things can fall through on you until after everything is signed at closing.
When I started my home buying process for the time with Haley and her team I knew nothing about the loan process. they guided me through every step . I would highly recommend Veterans United ??? Now I am in my irst home thanks to all the hard work and effort they put in to assist me.Mary McPherson
Overall I'd say that Veterans United has been excellent in serving my needs when it comes to being a homeowner. The entire team that I have worked with for the past two or so years, have been excellent folks that have assisted me with my dream of being a homesteader. The only thing that could use some improvement is the automated call system. I'm the fact that it would be better if the system would connect me with a live Rep more quickly and ask less incessant questions to get to a live Rep. Other than that I do recommend Veterans United to my Veteran family.
