Overall a very smooth process. The website and platform used to communicate tasks and share documents makes the chore not so much a chore. Very easy to navigate through the various steps. Communication was very good and the entire team was responsive. We knew where we were in the process at all times and questions were answered very quickly.

They helped me at every turn. They answered all my questions and concerns, even when I asked the same thing several times. They responded and clarified my doubts very kindly and without delay. Very helpful and professional.
Very helpful teams that put in effort of your behalf during every step of the process. Made it all doable while focusing on a thousand other things with moving. Might not waive some fees other banks do, but I'm happy to pay them for how much they did for me.

Be prepared for a lot of steps... and remember to be patient. A lot of things about the process may not make sense, but once you reach the end you'll be able to see what those were about. Check your email often - throughout the day - and respond to things from them as quickly as you can to help keep everything running as smoothly as possible.Don't go crazy buying stuff for the new house until AFTER you've closed and gotten everything connected, hooked up and paid for - the power, water, etc. Remember, things can fall through on you until after everything is signed at closing.
