It was not easy for an old guy like me. Too many to do’s. However I had my son by my side to help me through it all. Veterans United was not the problem, it was my reluctance to come into the 21st century. If I had to do it all over again I would do it with Veterans United.

It was a little bit hairy at the end. There was some miscommunication between the title company and the loan company and it resulted in a significant backup for moving, and that created an issue with loss of work hours for that day.


They are awesome and very helpful!!!


Be prepared for a lot of steps... and remember to be patient. A lot of things about the process may not make sense, but once you reach the end you'll be able to see what those were about. Check your email often - throughout the day - and respond to things from them as quickly as you can to help keep everything running as smoothly as possible.Don't go crazy buying stuff for the new house until AFTER you've closed and gotten everything connected, hooked up and paid for - the power, water, etc. Remember, things can fall through on you until after everything is signed at closing.

My experience couldn't of been nicer, easier or better. Tyler & Micheal were very good at helping me through all the procedures & paperwork signing (with DocuSign). They went over everything with me every step of the way; I could call, text or email them anytime to ask a question if I had one. They kept me continuously informed of the progress, and always asked me if I had any questions or concerns along the way. Couldn't of went smoother



Veterans United was amazing to work with and they guided me through the process the entire way while checking in with me often. Overall wonderful experience working with them and would recommend them to anyone!

My loan has already been sold off, also my loan was changed during the process further delaying the closing. Apparently these people had no idea what they were doing.
