They were always available to us both in person and digitally. There was never a question too silly or left unanswered. They collaborated so well with our relator, it felt like a cohesive team working towards the same goal, our goal. Veterans United was definitely a blessing to us. Everything was so easy and explained thoroughly, how many times we needed it lol. It was such an easy experience with their app! Everything that needed to be submitted was on there, all due dates, easy access to our status. They also have their own underwriter so everything is done with them and by them! Not to mention, as a lender serving veterans they definitely get a 10 star or how every many. We got amazing discounts on our security system & home insurance (which they found all the quotes and got me the most affordable option) They also gave our fur babies some gifts and some socks that support Vets!
