Don't get a VA loan if you can avoid it. Simplify things with an ordinary bank loan.

As long as you can manag checking off the box's in a timely fashion, have good credit, and a 60/40 debt to income ratio. Plus a few grand in the bank it's as easy as 123.
Customer service was very good. Rate was not as competitive. I look forward to the easy inhouse refi I was promised when rates improve....
