There needed to be just a little better communication between Veterans United and our title company. Especially concerning payoff of the our previous mortgage through VU and current mortgage that we just closed on with VU. However overall they were awesome to work with. They checked in frequently with us to ensure we didn't need any assistance with anything throughout the process of completing new mortgage.
No need to shop around, Veterans United is a worry free company to use when you want your home! We felt like family by the time of the final underwriting process arrived. Such a great group of people to have handle such an important financial task.
All of the staff I dealt with were very friendly and knowledgeable. They kept on top of everything and the app was great at keeping me on top of things I needed to do.
