I highly recommend VU for all veterans looking to buy a home. They keep the process streamlined and are there every step. No questions will go unanswered. They make you feel like family.
Anxiety was an understatement. When I first spoke to Brandon he said, “Don’t thank me yet, thank me when you walk through the door of the new home.” He assured me that if I could get done everything required we could close soon. Close soon he said! Try 23 days, 23 days. I went under contract on 02/01 and Brandon and his team had keys in my hand on 02/23. Between being a seriously wounded vet and a cop for the last 16 years I have met a lot of people. A lot of those people I remember, but very few changed my life…..Brandon and his team changed my life. I can not say thank you enough!
I have built a home early in my life and I was the builder so I handled all of the organizing, communication, etc. this is my first time buying a home. It was incredible to have such an organized team working with us and handling all of the stuff that goes into home buying! We couldn’t be more happy or proud of the energy and effort our team put into helping us! Vetrans United ROCKED!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Veterans United and its crew. The process was easy and everyone was professional and knowledgeable. I also liked how easy it was to upload documents and sign documents on the customer portal. Overall a great experience. I will be using Veterans United again in the future.
A big shout out to Gwen and her team. She always stayed on top on the whole process from start to finish. I could call her with a question and she was honest, sincere and genuine (one of my favorite qualities in a person). I can't them all enough. Now if I could just get the team down to Joplin for night of bonfires, cocktails at my new Barndominium that would top it all off. Thanks again to everyone and Veterans United!

Smooth sailing from start to finish.
I saw the commercial ads for VU but did not know how good a deal it was working with Alex and his team. I can understand why the guys in the commercial was so ecstatic with the work VU did for the,.
Overall my experience with the employees was good. I could do without all the congratulatory calls about things like being approved for a loan. Sometimes it felt like some of the employees were reading from a script and thats the worst. I think Matt picked up on that quick and was very personable. Rain made what could have been a disastrous experience, work out well. She’s definitely the reason this process didn’t kill me and I appreciate her immensely. If I buy another house in Fayetteville I’d like Rain to be on my team as well as Matt.
