Overall the process was easy. I didn’t like being quoted 5.75 then told I would have to pay to get that %. When I got another company to give me a pre approval, they out right told me what the fees were. Seemed like hidden fees, and wasn’t outright up front.
Sam, Derick and Justin made this process very easy that I only regret not doing it earlier. They helped me fully understand the home buying process. Gave me all of the information that I need to make a sound decision. With every question, comment or concern was answered and addressed promptly. Thank you again team for a job well done.
