I Was not updated every Wednesday as I was told I would be at the beginning of the underwriting. I always had to be requesting update status. The Loan officer did not communicate with me the out of pocket closing cost I would have to pay at closing till one day before closing. Poor communication over all.
Overall Veterans United did an outstanding job. They made my wife and mines fist home buying experience a breeze. Thank you!
