Convenient means of communication and collaboration. Only feedback I would provide is that during the process more tests and steps were given that if known up front on the check list then it may have helped speed up the process. The team that assisted me were understanding and communicative with my situation. Made it helpful to have individuals working together for me as the customer.

The whole process from looking for a house, applying for the loan, getting intouch with the right people to actually buying your home was a fast, friendly, experience ! Everyone very helpful!
Buying a home for the first time can be a scary and doubtful event that appears momentous like climbing Mount Everest. But even on those climbs there are Sherpas and other skilled climbers that help along the journey. Buying a home is not a single player sport, it’s a team sport and no one is in it alone. There are so many factors that are involved and with great and experienced “coaches” and “trainers” the journey to victory goes a lot smoother. My team lead by Brad Mendosa at Veterans United was one those coaches and trainers. I was assisted and guided to where I wanted to go and I found a place exactly where I wanted to live. And when a bump in the road occurred the team swiftly moved over it and we went in for the touchdown. This football analogy may seem over the top but I scored a touchdown on the first property that I looked at, wanted and we all made it happen.
Zach and his team at Veterans United Home Loans are the best in the business. Beyond that, they are simply great people. No question went unanswered, and the answers were always given promptly. We could not have wished for a better team watching our "six". By the end of the home loan process, we felt as if we had gained a new family and friends in Zach and his team. To put it simply, Zach was the best person we could have had on our side. Thank you for everything you did for me and my family. You are the best!

If you need a loan officer Emmet Rogers and his team is the way to go! I highly recommend Mr. Rogers and his team. They were able to help us not only get our home loan approved but to move in as faster than expected. They are very polite, professional, knowledgeable and understanding. You also have to do your part but they really know what they are doing and actually get things done. If you feel like your loan officer is not what you expected, Emmet and his team will definitely make sure you feel better and not so stressed out. The home buying process can cause you to get nervous or cause stress but this team works hard to ensure they are here for you and making you a home owner! If I was buying a house again this is the team I would pick 10 out of 10 times!
