I would like to point out an employee. Mallory Painter. She was amazing. She was my main contact and talked to her the most. She went way above. She talked about my cat even, and got me treats sent and toys for her. She got back to me very fast on everything. She should get a promotion and a raise. The amount of effort puts in is not even close to I've seen before.

As a first time ever home buyer the process was a bit confusing. Even with the educational videos, there was some confusion on the process, how things go, and some expenses. Our realtor was the one who told us about the closing costs being 6% of the loan, and various things that Veterans United did not tell us. Veterans United should take more time one on one to educate those of us who are buying process.

Nick Asher was the third key player during my home loan process and he was nothing short of great! He was quick with answering all of my questions, even if some of them were repetitive.
