I would also like to add Crystal Kultala and Abby Brown for their fast and timely processing on the closing of this loan! Crystal kept me notified in a timely manner for any documents required and kept me well informed of the status of my loan application, relieving so much stress from a disaster lender I was previously using. Abbey’s fast response time to HOI setup saved me money and time with getting insurance needs set up and activated without delay!I will further add that my prior lender pushed my closing 4 times over as many months. While some of this was for construction issues, the last push came with a denial of the loan, after which left me scrambling for a new lender since the previous lender was trying to hold me in default of the contract and take my earnest money, for issues they had known about since 2021 when I contracted on the house. The entire team was sympathetic and ready to process my loan application and get me in a home I had designed and had been waiting to move in to for over a year! Veterans United, Philicia, Crystal, Mackenzie, and Abbey help ease my mind and went above and beyond to get me in my home and I could never thank them enough for all the assistance and encouragement! We closed after a lender debacle in about 10 days from date of application and I couldn’t be more ecstatic and thrilled to be home, all due to the efforts of this team!Thank you so much for the housewarming gift! It was certain only not expected but I absolutely love them!

Overall I got what I needed. Some of the process I didn't like for example, I have a student loan that I don't have to pay for. It's in student loan forgiveness so it shows $0 a month, but yet, the company forced my agent to put something down, so they put $25 a month which messes with my debt to income ratio. Other than that everybody.
