Overall I do not believe another company could match the professionalism that my wife and I received from Veterans United. It was almost completely stress free, which I have only heard horror stories from others about their home buying experiences. When I buy another property or refinance my current home, I will definitely be in touch with Spencer again!
I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Kyle and his team in San Antonio! My house had every setback and delay possible to complete (new build) and Kyle, Bianca, and Keagen were on the spot with information about my loan along the way. I never felt alone or neglected even when setback started at month 4 and continued for the next 11 months! They set me up and kept me going for the duration and I can honestly say I wouldn't have purchased the house if it hadn't been for their great attitudes and pursuit to provide me the best experience a homebuyer should have. Overall, it was a great experience. My only complaint would be I felt as if a few times when we needed our team the most it was a bit shorten. We sometimes felt like our worries or problems weren't a big thing and felt discarded. This wasn't an everytime experience very few times. Again overall it was a great experience.

We originally were going with a preferred lender, but not only was Veterans United able to beat out the preferred lender, Ben Choi and his team were outstanding and incredibly personable. Easily the best part of buying a new home!
