The entire team made the remarkably complicated process of buying a home very simple. Experts in their individual fields, they communicated with each other and were able to answer my questions. We went from looking to closing in just under 3 months
Overall, I am quite satisfied with everyone at Veterans United. However, so many people doing so many different things was frustrating at times. Perhaps an update to the system is in order to bring everyone and the borrower into real time on informational data. I still recommend V.U., but be prepared for lag-time in the process.
Erin and Lance were beyond helpful and we appreciate all ofthehardwork and time they dedicated to helping us through the process of purchasing our first home. They helped us navigate through everything quickly and helped us maximize our lender and seller credits. Anthony helped us get everything ready for our move and discussed options we could utilize in our new home.

Absolutely loved the whole team that I worked with they went above and beyond to help me. The only thing I'm a little bit disappointed about was the fact that veterans united had to match certain percentage rates instead of giving me the best off the bat line since others, But as soon as I presented them with the percentage rate of another company they matched it or did better.... So I guess I can't really complain.
If you're able to choose, I highly recommend Tyler Amber and Sarah.. they truly are the best!!! Thanks again
