The process was smooth. I was informed every step of the process and enjoyed the knowledge and professionalism.
I would give 10/10 to all my team except for loan coordinator. She was not very up front when it came to communication. Always, hard to reach and because of her we missed our closing date. Day before my closing I called just make sure everything was on schedule and I found out my loan coordinator ( Amber Job) was suppose to give me that message which never happened. If I did not call in day before closing just verify everything was in place, the whole deal would have fall apart.Things did work out in the end I was at least able to sign my paperwork on closing date like planned. However, I would recommend for her to communicate better going forward.
