I would certainly recommend united veterans. Everyone knows there job and always contacted me with updates about the process. There was some small issues with the house but Kevin's team always let me know exactly what I needed to do.

Overall the home buying process is one of the most stressful experiences, mainly in the beginning, but thankfully I had a great team that was reaching out to me, kept me updated, and were very professional throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Veterans United to fellow veterans. I really felt like we were taken care of.
No move and home buying experience can be 100% great. The key is communication. That is where Tom became the key to success. while we had an event that got us off track, Tom stepped in and put us back on track. Having access to someone who can help with the movers was a big plus. I had gotten three bids and was not happy with anyone. Then I received the recommended mover form Veterans united and it was great. Every it had a few issues but nothing that could not be solved on the ground. Overall a wonderful experience.
Simply put outstanding experience John Parker and his team were amazing throughout the whole process and we were able to close in just 12 days.

I would make sure you have some knowledge about home buying. we were under the impression it being a Veteran loan wed have sufficient guidance since it was our first home. without our realtor we would have been lost thankfully she was super helpful. but having done some research prior would have helped a lot through the process.
