The overall experience was a long but greay one, thanks to all the people, Kedric, Morgan, Lin, Collin, Adrian, and, Michelle that helped and guided us through this process...they all did a wonderful job.
Veterans united, seems to have a good underwriting process. The Notary was thorough, but I feel we should have had a couple more days to ensure all of the paperwork was 100% correct before going to the close.The online process with the ongoing "To Do's" was good, but it seemed like the list always grew for things to do even up to the last minute.
This is my first house ever I'm 59 years old never thought I own a house Lindsey and the team made it so easy for me. She was there every step of the way answering every question that I had. But the biggest thing was making me believe that this was actually gonna happen. They took such great care of me. I love my new house. I served this country. Now I could finally get a piece of the pie. I was homeless for 13 years never thought this day would go.🫡🇺🇸
