He remained attentive throughout the process, even notifying us personally when the funds were wired to the title company. Alexis, the loan coordinator, provided excellent support by ensuring all documentation requirements were met promptly. The level of service delivered by the entire Veterans United team far exceeded that of our previous lender, Bank of America, with whom we initially had a very poor experience. At my closing with the title company, we discussed the misconception that VA home loans are unfavorable or "hard to work with". I had always thought that sellers prefer to go with traditional funding over VA, but with how seamless my buying process was, that just doesn't make sense to me. With nearly all of the document signing being done online the communication between all parties was exceptionally efficient and convenient. I really appreciate how everyone on my team at Veteran's United touched base with me along the way and made sure I was aware of what was needed from me, and when. I feel like we all completed our tasks quickly, which kept the process rolling steadily. It was a month from offer acceptance to closing - and never felt scary or overwhelming. This was actually my second time using Veteran's United, first being in 2011. I had a good experience both times but the ease of online document signing made this experience stand out and far exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend Veteran's United!

Veterans United will be the anchor - the rock - that maintains your excitement in buying a home. Home buying, to me, was an experience that could have been ripped from the script of Dante's Inferno, somewhere near Limbo. There was so much uncertainty, but Veterans United personnel, like Chad, Ryan, and others which were equally helpful, assured me that the train was on the tracks, and headed in the right direction. Heaping praise on them is nice, but what is truly important is to know that they are highly trained, and very good at their jobs! Trusting them is all that I needed to do in order for the weight of the experience to be lifted from my shoulders, and for joy to be the dominate force.When Veterans United pairs you with a professional, that person is there to serve veterans like like you, me, and in at least one case, their selves. This Veterans is my first time purchasing a house and United made my experience extremely easy. The step by step video instructions/information was extremely helpful, especially when it came to understanding the paperwork.
