Thanks to Waco Title coordinator Brittney Jones. The Title paperwork was complex; however, I like the way Brittney and her team organized it for the Notary process.
I would highly recommend Veteran's United to any vet wanting to start the home buying process. When I originally wanted to buy a home my credit still needed some work. They were able to give me some advice and things that helped fix my issues in a short time and allowed me to complete me process with any hiccups. I expected it to be some delays due to it being between 2 major holidays and that was not the case.
Thank-you to all. The whole process was not difficult. The people, combined with technology, made it very easy.
There were small clerical errors on most documents, appearing sloppily done or fast. Thee job did get done so I am happy.

I don't know about unfiltered, that would likely get us banned, but any veteran who's ever gone to another one of their brother/sister in arms wedding or social gathering, especially after coming back from a rather hostile environment, knows there should be a lot of "fillers and Dagums" in this. Veterans United just made this family's Dream come true, and were with us every single step of the way, even available when the times were hard and the family was a bit ill for a couple of weeks. This whole team for us has been nothing but a massive blessing.
I thoroughly enjoyed working with Mitchell and Rachell, they were always available and kept us up to date. I did NOT enjoy with the underwriter!! It may have necessary but seems like he did not want us to get our loan! I was ready to give up and start over.Thankfully....we got his answers done!
