I've never had a VA loan go so smoothly and I've had about 4 of them. The loan officers were extremely helpful in guiding me to finding the right documents and were very quick to respond to my questions. They did a great job!

Let me just start by saying how AMAZING Veterans United has been every step of the way. My loan specialist Travis Ward and his team went above and beyond and where more than I could ask for in my first home buying experience. As a first time buyer, you could imagine how many questions and concerns I had, and never did I feel Like i was alone in the process. Travis made me feel like I was an absolute priority and anytime I needed him he was readily available, he truly makes it a comfortable experience where you know you have a great team behind you. I can't express how smooth and painless the process was. I kept waiting for the day that things would become difficult but it never happened! It had been a lifelong dream to be a homeowner and thanks to Veterans Unites it became a reality. I highly recommend Veterans United and specifically Travis Ward and his team.
Ali Schellenberg and her team is absolutely amazing! They made the home buying process super easy and comfortable for me as a new home buyer. Communication during and after the process has been perfect & I couldnt be happier (or luckier) to have worked with these dedicated professionals! If I could ask for one thing, its for them to get a promotion or at least a raise cause if not, I will start a loan company and poach.
The underwriter was over zealous, bordering in invasive and insulting. But everyone else was awesome. Would still recommend others.

Rob was really great to work with to help with getting our new home.
It was a challenge going thru the loan process with Veterans United. But, well worth the experience. The loan officers ( Kimberly and Amber) assigned to me made a complicated process seem like a walk in the park. LOL! There was tons of paperwork to docu-sign and a mountain of documents needed to prove who I was and inspections on my future home to assure the homes' safety and worth. In the end, I was approved for my dream home with an awesome 3.5% interest rate. Their assistance didn't end there. They made sure my dream home would not make me house-poor by keeping my debt-to-income ratio in line. I had to be debt-free (including credit cards) to make the numbers even out.
The Veterans United team was always in contact with me. The process was smooth, especially with it being the holidays. They got it done, as I have closed on my new home. I highly recommend them to anyone who is a Veteran. I even got a Christmas present from them! Much respect for this crew and thank you very much!- Dylan Martin
