After the very first call with Jon Ouk, our loan officer he calmed my nerves down and made me comfortable. From then on, it was smooth sailing. The whole process made me felt very comfortable as the loan team provided guidance the whole way. Communication was spot on. I'm very thankful to work with Veteran's United because they have a tailored service just for me. We got our dream home and it's still sinking how real it is. I felt heard. This was most important for myself. As a veteran sometimes we feel like a number and not a person when dealing with organizations. I've dealt with many lenders and agents only to be made felt like what I wanted wasn't priority. With Veterans United and the team they provided me, I didn't feel pushed into loan terms that I didn't understand. Made it pretty seamless. We had some numbers transposed incorrectly but Mike sharpened his pencil and made me necessary corrections.
