I really enjoyed the setup of the website. We were able to get information and send documents with ease. We knew exactly what step we were on and what to expect. The loan team was always there with a quick answer for any and all questions we had.
They made the home buying experience very calming. I have a high level of PTSD and certain changes and not knowing the unknown can cause issues with me. The whole United Team always kept us informed and in the loop, which kept me more relaxed during the transition. I will definitely recommend you all to my friends and family!

The whole process was so easy, and they made sure I understood everything along the way. As a first-time home buyer, I was pretty nervous that it was going to be a difficult and confusing process.
Everyone worked so hard and dilligant to help us close in a timely manner. We appreciate all their hard work. We've seen some houses we liked and some not so much but everything we saw led us to our forever home. If it wasn't for our team working late nights, weekends and even when their families were sick (Casey) we would probably still be looking for our new home. Thank you to everyone at Veterans United.
