The experience was outstanding. Everyone on the team worked fast, and had very good communication. I’ve worked with veterans United in the past and made the poor decision to move away from veterans United. I was fortunate enough to be able to work my way back and will be staying with veterans United through the duration of my contract. Working with Danielle made it easy, comfortable, and fun. Danielle constantly kept me in the loop, gave me the best options, and helped me when I was confused.

Billy and his team were exceptionally helpful throughout the long closing process. This was my fourth home purchase but was longer than usual due to navigating a short sale. Stephanie Pantaleo and Rachel Bruce were very prompt and patient with me from the beginning through the end of the loan approval and closing escrow process. The closing costs leading up to the closing date kept fluctuating from a significant number to something more manageable. It almost made me back out of the deal due to how night it was.

This was my second time working with Dustin, and he was just as great as the first. He kept me informed every step of the way, was always quick to answer my questions, and took the time to explain everything so I felt comfortable throughout the process.
The rest of the team was just as helpful. Victoria, my Home Buying Concierge, made sure I had everything I needed to get settled, including helping with utilities and other resources.
