WOW, where do I start?! The team I had, Amanda, DeAnna, and Kris were beyond amazing. Their professionalism, kindness, and willing to help is beyond measure and I cannot thank them enough. If I could have given them more than a 10, I absolutely. I hope to not have to move anytime soon, but whenever that day comes, I will return!!!

I didn’t receive a survey for Juan or Lupe.Recovering from a long fight for my VA Disability %, I took a massive hit on my credit. Lupe Ortiz set me on a path with all the right tools and guidance. In less than 90 days, I was pre-approved, and roughly 30-45 days after that we closed on our house! It all started with her, one super star professional!As for Juan that guy needs to be a Supervisor, or some upper management position. Juan never forgot to call me back, he was always informative, every “let’s do this because I have a feeling we’ll need it” was right! Juan saved me so much time and frustration! Juan’s OpTempo was phenomenal, I wish he could work for me, or at least be my colleague!
