It was a challenge going thru the loan process with Veterans United. But, well worth the experience. The loan officers ( Kimberly and Amber) assigned to me made a complicated process seem like a walk in the park. LOL! There was tons of paperwork to docu-sign and a mountain of documents needed to prove who I was and inspections on my future home to assure the homes' safety and worth. In the end, I was approved for my dream home with an awesome 3.5% interest rate. Their assistance didn't end there. They made sure my dream home would not make me house-poor by keeping my debt-to-income ratio in line. I had to be debt-free (including credit cards) to make the numbers even out.
David and the team was so helpful to us during this whole process. With out David and the team we would have been lost. Thanks David and the team for you time and patience with us.
From my first inquiry to signing the final documents, Veterans United was engaged and supportive every step of the way. To top it off, we were greeted with a thoughtful home‑warming gift when we walked in for closing—a wonderful touch that really stood out.

I loved working with veterans united they constantly made me feel reassured and at the end of it all it felt more like a family then just doing business, they answered at all hours of the day and if they were busy immediately sent me a text instead of keeping me on hold for hours at a time. They never once made me feel silly for asking questions as a first time home owner and let me tell you I had a lot! The app was easy to navigate and with my busy schedule they were very understanding.

This is the 7th home I have purchased, and the second I have financed thru Veterans United. They had me from contract to close in under 20 Business days. This is the second home that everything has gone very smooth. Not only would I recommend them, I honestly don’t think I will ever use anyone else. Both times the rate I received was the lowest possible. Great team efficient great communicators.
