Let me tell you this experience was a huge learning experience. We found a house that was part of an estate sale. The team was working with the sellers lawyer which apparently questioned everything. I do feel that the sellers realtor never came to look at the house a few things the one handling the estate never disclosed a few things and left large items in the garage the biggest expense was the hot water heater hasn’t worked for a while which she told my husband and I when we were a week from closing but at this point we just kept it and decided at this point we will handle it. Other than that the team I worked with were all amazing
Even though the VA was charging for things I feel they should not especially for Veterans The process online of signing docs and do lists made this process very easy for a new home buyer like myself.
Veterans united was a great and easy company to work with. Over all the experience was streamlined and inexpensive, comparatively. However, the team you're assigned to to do all the nitty gritty paperwork can really make or break an experience.
