Buying a new home is a very challenging process and the people from Veterans United were there for us every step of the way, making that process much easier to navigate. Amber and her team did a great job of protecting our interests and making this process much less stressful than it could have been. We found them to be courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We are very pleased to have had them represent us in this major endeavor.
I'm just pretty impressed with VU altogether! From searching to Closing, a VU rep was there every step of the way... and they were eagerly prepared with ideas, knowledge, experience, and answers to all of my questions.
I was treated as a human, not a number, and that was impressive in todays society. Very few times did I have to leave a voice mail for someone at VU, they just seemed to always know it was me... and picked up the phone!
It was hard to give them all a 10, but an 11 wasn't an option!!!!

I had an outstanding experience working with the loan office of Veterans United Home Loans, specifically with loan officer Derek Kriegshauser and the Loan Coordinator Brad Boer, to secure a home loan for my new home at 2757 Jackson St. Derek and Brad was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process, and always made sure that I understood every step. They were very responsive to my questions and concerns, and went above and beyond to ensure that my loan application was processed smoothly and efficiently. Both Derek and Boer attention to detail, great communication skills, and there willingness to help me every step of the way made the experience a pleasant one. I would highly recommend Veterans United Home Loans and specifically Derek Kriegshauser and Brad Boer to anyone looking to purchase a VA home. They are excellent loan officers and I am very grateful for all of there help.
Veterans United went above and beyond to help me buy my first home. Everyone on my team was great! They even sent Christmas presents to my Guinea Pigs! Highly recommend!! Anyone who is willing to listen, I could talk all day about what a great job Veterans United did!!!
Tim worked well beyond his required scope. He was available late in the evening and early in the mornings, on weekends and holidays. I felt like we formed a friendship and would seek out Tim for all future businesses related to purchasing a home. 10/10 because 10 is the highest I can give him. Great, great job.

From the application for pre-qualification all the way to closing, the process was soooo easy. A lot of work can be completed online through the portal which was great! Felecia or her staff kept us updated as things changed. Closing went very smooth without any hiccups.
