--Automation is good, however the process was a bit overwhelming at times. I felt that I didn't need to know so much information between realtors and you guys; however, I do understand you want the customer to be informed, but from my end it's too much and can be confusing at times. Overall the team was prompt, nice, and professional. I do like the ease of talking to a human being in a time manner even after leaving a voice message. Keep up the good work.

Coming into the process of buying a home I knew beforehand that it was going to be a stressful process. However, the members of Veterans United made the process much easier and less stressful. Courtney and Neil helped me in every way possible that they could have. I would recommend every member of the military to take advantage of Veterans United if they are in the process of buying a home and if they do, I hope they get a team that are helpful and caring as Neil and Courtney.
