Mike was with us every step of the way. We could not have asked for a better home buying team. If we decide to move again, we will do our best to work with Mike and his team.
I never thought I’d own a home. Veterans United helped realize a dream and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible.
From the first call to closing, Cindy and Veterans United were an absolute dream to work with. This has been by far the easiest mortgage processing and closing we’ve ever had (and we’ve bought and sold multiple homes). The dedication from every single person working on our loan enabled us to land our dream home, and we couldn’t be happier.
Rest easy, my fellow veterans! My wife and I found Veteran's United to be highly professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly to boot. They became "like family" to us. Every item that had to be accomplished was done so quickly and easily. We found their employees to be warm and very friendly. I wholeheartedly endorse Veteran's United. My son, is currently a deputy sheriff, was also an Afghanistan Veteran (OEF) who suggested we try Veteran's United. I myself spent 2 tours in Vietnam, so when I say Veteran's United "has your six", you can believe me....
I cannot thank Veterans United enough. I didn’t think I could get a mortgage but Veteran’s United found a way. I will not ever be able to thank you enough for helping me find my forever home.

Do not, under any circumstances, move any money from credit card to credit card, or otherwise take out new private entity loans after beginning the loan application process, or underwriting will ensure you don’t make your original closing date. Before starting to look at houses, make sure you’ve got at least $5,000 to $10,000 in the bank so you can pay for the independent inspection, termite inspection, survey, VA appraisal, closing costs, etc., and any minor repairs to the home you’re willing to make before closing. These expenses are the responsibility of the buyer, and these costs add up quickly. Make sure if you have anxiety issues to have enough medication/therapy on hand to get you through the process. Good luck!
Veterans United made this entire process as simple as possible. I have zero complaints.
