My loan specialist Travis Ward and his team went above and beyond and where more than I could ask for in my first home buying experience. As a first time buyer, you could imagine how many questions and concerns I had, and never did I feel Like i was alone in the process. Travis made me feel like I was an absolute priority and anytime I needed him he was readily available, he truly makes it a comfortable experience where you know you have a great team behind you. I can't express how smooth and painless the process was. I kept waiting for the day that things would become difficult but it never happened! It had been a lifelong dream to be a homeowner and thanks to Veterans Unites it became a reality. I highly recommend Veterans United and specifically Travis Ward and his team.

It was a challenge going thru the loan process with Veterans United. But, well worth the experience. The loan officers ( Kimberly and Amber) assigned to me made a complicated process seem like a walk in the park. LOL! There was tons of paperwork to docu-sign and a mountain of documents needed to prove who I was and inspections on my future home to assure the homes' safety and worth. In the end, I was approved for my dream home with an awesome 3.5% interest rate. Their assistance didn't end there. They made sure my dream home would not make me house-poor by keeping my debt-to-income ratio in line. I had to be debt-free (including credit cards) to make the numbers even out.
My home-buying experience was truly incredible. Every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly.Any anxiety or stress I felt quickly faded because I was working with individuals who were completely transparent and full of integrity. Their constant reassurance and guidance made the entire process feel easy—especially given my initial concerns and the mixed things I had heard about VA loans and home buying in general.

My wife and I was and still is impressed with the customer service and help in buying our first home using Veterans United services. The care and respect given to veterans is platinum. They seem to care for the whole veteran and not just a number. We were kept informed throughout the whole process and if I had a question it was not a bother them if I called several times a day or throughout the week. This is my second experience working with Ben and his team. Both were outstanding! He was always available to talk when I needed and talked me through parts I didn’t completely understand right away. I’m not sure what it’s like with other loan officers with other companies because I’ve only used Ben and his team at VU, but can’t imagine I’d ever use any else ever again.
Buying a house is extremely complicated, but Chris and his team were able to help me buy a house even under some extreme circumstances. I recommend Chris Holman and his assistant Marina anytime! The people that work at the VA aren’t just working for paychecks. they actually care!
