I want to say how impressed I was with my loan team especially Emmett Rogers. He did an amazing job. Our loan hit some hiccups and Emmett stuck with us reassured us and answered all of questions. Emmett was available almost all the time for questions and when we couldn’t reach him he returned our calls right away When our loan process hit some snags Emmet did everything within his power to fix the issues and did not just ignore the problem at hand. Words can’t express how happy me and my family are with Veterans United. I would recommend them to any veteran seeking to purchase a new home!

The entire team was fantastic and made this process as least stressful as possible. Being a first time home buyer, they took that extra step of explaining things and answering some of the stupid questions I may have had. Overall, I can't say enough about how much I found this experience to not be as frustrating as I was lead to believe it was or heard it was from others. Buying a car is actually worse than this team made buying a house.
My wife and I were extremely nervous about buying our first home and the entire process. Terri and Shelbi were amazing and I could not have ask for a better team. It took us a very long time to close on our home due to some issues with the house itself but Terri and Shelbi stuck with us the entire way. I am so glad I used Veterans United.
