I have tried using my va loan 2 other times before discovering veterans united. Lance and his team helped me with everything to the point I didn't really have many questions, because they were so thorough and nice.
Great staff and all of them very helpful.
Not sure why we had four people helping us. It may be helpful to explain their roles in the beginning, this way the veteran knows who to call with each question. We had Zach, Kyle, Monica and Ali helping us.
Call these people if you need your loan done! They use easy methods to upload documents, no run around, no gimmicks just business getting done! I will use them again and tell my friends and family. I was actually referred to VU by my Military buddy! Pass the word!
