It was a challenge going thru the loan process with Veterans United. But, well worth the experience. The loan officers ( Kimberly and Amber) assigned to me made a complicated process seem like a walk in the park. LOL! There was tons of paperwork to docu-sign and a mountain of documents needed to prove who I was and inspections on my future home to assure the homes' safety and worth. In the end, I was approved for my dream home with an awesome 3.5% interest rate. Their assistance didn't end there. They made sure my dream home would not make me house-poor by keeping my debt-to-income ratio in line. I had to be debt-free (including credit cards) to make the numbers even out.
I was a first-time home buyer and had absolutely no idea how to obtain a mortgage. Enter Veteran’s United! They made it so easy. My loan team, Josh B. and Tyler M. were incredible! Knowledgeable, professional and just a pleasure to work with. It was so nice to deal with people who actually know what they’re doing. And the team at VU certainly do. I cannot thank you enough!

That brings united got my loan based on my income, which was $4100.02 weeks after I closed on my home the VA cut my pay to 2100 for no reason with no factual basis at all if they don’t get this fixed right away, it’s very possible that I will lose my home for reasons that are absolutely false

From your first call you are set-up with a team that will have your back and always be at your side throughout the whole process. Kelly and her team exceeded our expectations with the level of communication thought the whole loan process from pre-approval to closing.
