Veterans personnel are friendly and initially very responsive in a timely manager BUT the under writer portion of the process is really unacceptable. Information should be supplied in a timely manner by the applicant(which it was in every case) and time lines respected and met but the under writer process is not timely for a thorough, in depth review and lacks respect for their deadlines. The information requested is not reviewed in a timely manner nor with any perceptive or knowledgeable review. Information requests for things already submitted suggest they aren't reviewing what they request or they don't have the ability to understand what they have requested.

I really love the portal app which made sending and receiving information and documents very smooth. Being a first time buyer, Leah answered my questions and helped me to breathe easy during the process. The portal works, so when asked to fill out, sign or review any documents, the faster you comply the sooner you will be at signing.
