Unnecessary chaos and very stressful. Most of the time no one has answers. Loan estimates with many mistakes, repeatedly, and they fluctuate unreasonably. "Kick the can down the road" attitude. Never again.

The option of owning a house seemed so distant and intimidating but veterans united made it easy to atain and understandable.

I began by reading the online reviews, leary of self preservation with false reviews. From the moment someone picked up the phone until closing they have been with me! The knowledge, professionalism and genuine customer service with this company is so very rare these days. When I received the clear to close it felt like I should have bought us all a 6 pack. That is how often and closely this team worked with me! You absolutely will not be disappointed!

They are very knowledgeable about the entire process & answered all my questions with quick responses. Process was fairly easy, website is great! Getting docs to this team is as simple as it gets. Very efficient, communicative and great at getting on top of things. Had lots of questions after initial disclosures but Joel and Brenda handled things like champs. I'll use them again when rates fall enough for it to be worth it.
