This is an EXCEPTIONAL team which is why we’ve used them multiple times now! They know how to navigate the VA loan process seamlessly and make the entire process a breeze. Our loan officer Madison Yant and her team truly care and were dedicated to getting us the best possible terms on our purchase. Even when Madison was under the weather and lost her voice, she was still making and taking phone calls to ensure every step of the process was communicated clearly and in a timely fashion. We had worked with Tim on our last couple moves and when we started this process we found out that VU had adopted Tim as part of the team to become the lead realtor for our area.
