But otherwise, everyone always followed up with me. I received phone calls and updates through the app. I was very impressed and overall very happy with the service provided. Veterans united has been an amazing company to work with, I tell every veteran I know to go with VU. Its not even an option, because there are so many predatory companies that target veteran benefits and VU is a legitimate and professional company. I've completed three real estate deals through VU and every time I've had zero issues.
They worked very hard and I appreciate all of their help. They answered all of our questions and concerns. We were first time home buyers and were building our first home, so we were nervous about what to expect. They did everything so fast to get us in our home by closing day and Christmas!! We are truly gratefull!
Loan officer and coordinator would not leave me alone or stop calling me while I slept though I said repeatedly not to during those hours and the amount of calls was too much with too little of importance
