Being a first time home buyer Veterans United were really helpful throughout the whole process, patient, and answered all my questions. The to do list was extremely easy to submit all paperwork, stress free. Highly recommend Veterans United.
First experience buying a home was a challenge for me because of all the documents that was required. I didn't get the first home I put in for because they didn't want me to go into debt trying to pay for it. I was determined to buy a house because I was tired of renting. I closed on my home and my mortgage is less then what I was paying renting. I had a great team that believed and helped me every step of the way.
Great experience all around.

Surprised at the experience this time with VU. They were able to get a loan started and closed in almost 30 days. Nearly seamless experience.
This was a huge blessing from God and out of nowhere! Veterans United made this process so easy 🙌 thanks for everything!
I highly recommend Mariano Dowgaluk. He helped me purchase my first home and then our second home, and his professionalism, dedication, and patience were outstanding. As a veteran 🇺🇸, I truly appreciated how knowledgeable, responsive, and committed he was throughout the entire process. Mariano worked tirelessly to make everything smooth and stress-free. We will confidently recommend him as a loan officer to our friends and relatives—especially fellow veterans—who are looking to achieve the American dream of homeownership.
My experience with veterans united was great and easy. My only problem with this process was the real estate agent veterans united provided. I would definitely NOT recommend using Kia from 1st class real estate RVA. Me and my wife felt the communication was extremely slow and there were points in the closing process when we had to reach out to the seller/listing agent to ensure we had documents needed to close. It seemed like doing her job was bothersome. But other than that, the loan team, the concierge, and every other member in the process was very professional and helpful.
