My experience with Veterans United was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The entire team went above and beyond to make the home loan process smooth, clear, and stress-free.
My loan officer, Matthew, was amazing—extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to communicate and answer questions promptly. He made sure I understood every step and felt confident throughout the process.

I thought the paperwork was ok and not too cumbersome. It all went very smooth for us. My only issue is I thought our interest rate was a 1/4% too high for a veteran with my credit history.
First experience buying a home was a challenge for me because of all the documents that was required. I didn't get the first home I put in for because they didn't want me to go into debt trying to pay for it. I was determined to buy a house because I was tired of renting. I closed on my home and my mortgage is less then what I was paying renting. I had a great team that believed and helped me every step of the way.
