Great service. Help you a to z and are actually there for you. Not just a paycheck to them.
This process was seamless. the loan team always knew what to ask for and assisted us in getting it or finding an alternate method. The to do list worked great. Communications were constant everyone on the team seemed to know what to do and who on the team needed do something. We were never unnecessarily contacted. This should be the norm for this process. The end result was that we got into a home we love, met many talented courteous people along the way and look back on with fond regards to the kind courteous people that took our simple request and made it happen.
Then whole team was awesome, specially Dustin with my many phone calls and obstacles , the gifts sent for my girls , my package ! I was totally clueless about everything and these wonderful folks went above and beyond to give me a opportunity i though was impossible . ill always be grateful for the opportunity they provided. Seriously guys thank you so so much its the best feeling in the world to know I have a home for my beautiful family and it wouldn't been possible with out yal . I highly recommend each team member ! They did good but really dropped the ball at the end I spoke to a manager at veterans united and I was being blamed for not communicating between them and the title complaint because I didn’t have a realtor, when I was never informed that was my job to do so. Almost causes my rate to go up. Other than that I had no issues. Other than the strictness Off the process to get this loan.
