There was a wee bit of communication breakdown and getting kept up to date. I'm not mad about it at all however. Honestly the process went incredibly fast & smooth. I've heard horror stories from our friends in regards to buying a house. They're all a little upset with us and jealous of how easy it was for us. Y'all are truly incredible and my Fiance and I couldn't be happier.
The 2022 housing market has been crazy. I had been searching for a home for 9 months and even went under contract several times with no luck. All in all, Veterans United couldn’t pick a better supporting team than what was given to my wife and I in this whole process…excellent customer service, professionalism. Absolutely amazing experience. Not only did Mark and his team do their job exceedingly well, they covered much of our realtor’s job when the realtor failed in several aspects. They took the lead in correcting and following up on any issues we had, answered all of our questions quickly/accurately/precisely and coordinated things beyond what was asked of them.
