I honestly feel as if my veterans united team did genuinely care about providing me with the best possible customer service, but due to reasons unknown to me, there were definitely things they should have went smoother.

A few delays and some requests for extra documents, but I'm sure that falls on the underwriters, not the loan team. Nick's team was efficient, patient, and always available on short notice. I would absolutely recommend.
