Chance (and Tyler) worked so hard to keep us on track with the loan process. We had many questions because we were first time home buyers but he remained patient with us and answered all our questions. He is very knowledgeable and stayed positive the whole time. This was my first time buying a townhouse, and I have little experience or knowledge with buying a home through Veterans United. The only knowledge I have was through the internet and hearing stories from my friends and their experiences. So I went with it and purchased a home in HI which was expensive, a long process but yet thrilling in the end. The teams that I work with were amazing and very knowledgeable, and I can't thank them enough throughout each step of the way. They made it easy for me, even though I'm in a different state. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
Tyler Salter is absolutely one of the best people I know. He made this experience the best and we went through a lot during this process. He made it so much better, was always upbeat and positive. I gained a true friend in this experience. Veterans United is a better place for having him as a employee.
