As long as you give them what they ask for promptly the loan will go through fairly fast. As with any other loan entity, you will have to have your stuff together to help them to help you , if that makes sense to you 😉

Overall, I think there was a disconnect between my loan team and our realtor/us. We would disclose stuff months in advance and then the day before close they were scrambling to get something that was already disclosed. It was stressful at times. But overall I would still recommend Veterans United to any Vet looking to get a home.
