My husband and I went into refinancing our home for our daughter's wedding. It's a scary proposition in looking at the paperwork needed. But, the two people that helped us made it so easy to they totally took the scary out of it. Kris and Julie was with us the whole time and they we're so encouraging and positive. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. I was over charged, scrutizised, my military injuries were triggered by the amount of strain and stress I was under by VU that affected people in my professional and personal life. I will never work with them again unless there is no other option. I am sure they'll someone how blame everyone else including me for their terrible work.
