First loan I got with vu was great this last time was a nightmare and I will not recommend your company again

Overall communication could improve, it felt like a lot of people involved but that communication wasn't clear between them
It seemed that there was a lot of confusion throughout the process. It was Nathan's job to explain things, but it seemed like everytime we talked he was telling me that I misunderstood something, but after awhile you got to start to wonder if I'm misunderstanding so much than your not doing a good job of explaining. Other then that not bad for my first home purchase.

The entire process was frustrating the entire way however overall I feel all parties were looking out for me overall great experience.
They were all so patient, professional and took such of good care of us, they even send a gift for my son's birthday it was unexpected but such a wonderful gesture, they do not see you as a client you feel part of the family and as a Veteran I appreciated that a lot, if you are a veteran they should not be another choice for you than veteran united they are superb with customer service and communication, truly a great experience
