I Sontag think the question is what can I say about VU? I think it’s what can’t you say about VU? You can’t say they don’t take care of you. You can’t say they don’t like us veterans. You can’t say that it’s not personal to them and you can’t say you can’t get a hold of anyone on the weekends when they’re on vacation. Because if you did, you’d be lying. I’ve been through many mortgage companies and by far VU(Luke and Co.) have always been there for me. Always. Thank you guys. Much much appreciation.

After we signed the closing documents and paid the closing cost a new closing disclosure was published and sent out with closing cost $1,000 than what we agreed to at closing. Completely unprofessional and annoying. May not have been and issue for her but maybe someone in her team messed up. Regardless I was baffled that this would happen.
