From beginning to end, one of the best home buying experiences I’ve had. Everyone was friendly, helpful and great communication. I highly recommend any veteran to use their services.
It was a joy working with them. My family was actually working with another bank at same time trying for the pre-approval so I could put in offers and they got me the pre-approval without invasive questions at that stage that the other company seemed to ask before even considering pre-approval.
The people and team are great wouldn’t change a single thing about them.The app on the other hand. Dog poo Why do I have to log in and authenticate every time I open the app? This defeats the purpose. Additionally I want to set up bi weekly payments. The listing only gives options for days of the week not the date itself. As a VA loan company I would expect to have the option to do it on the 1st and 15th. When the military gets paid.

Highly recommend Veterans United for the home buying process! They were with me every step and had no problem explaining everything. Lake of communication, missed target closing date that was planned out 30 days. Last minute push to get information and documents was extremely stressful.
