It was a joy working with them. My family was actually working with another bank at same time trying for the pre-approval so I could put in offers and they got me the pre-approval without invasive questions at that stage that the other company seemed to ask before even considering pre-approval.

Veterans United made the process really smooth. The portal was very user friendly and made things really easy. Any documents they needed I was able to upload and send to them using their portal and anything I needed to view or sign was attached to the TO-DO list under my profile. Highly recommend this Lender.
