I also want to give a shout out to Megan as well her and Kat were great together and we were sad she left the team, but happy she got a promotion she deserved. I would highly recommend Veterans United for buying a home. I never thought that I would be able to get a home because people I know talked about how hard it was to purchase a home. From the first phone call to my loan officer to the closing on our home, everything just fell into place because of not just the expertise of my loan officer Fahad Abdul, but his friendly and cordial manner and interest in me as a person made the whole experience a very good one. I never thought that I would be able to own my own home but they made it possible. From finding the best way to get you in a house, to getting the right realtor for you, they are on point. This is my second home I’ve bought with veterans united and my team was great. I had issues with the well inspection. It was extremely frustrating and they knew I have PTSD and they were extremely sensitive to my emotions and kept me focused.
The loan process went incredibly fast. Veterans United was able to do what other banks couldn't do for different buyers.
You guys were at times hard to get a hold of but y’all came through for me!

This last time was not at all a Streamline.Refinance. it took six or seven weeks instead of the usual two or three with no explanation. We kept having to esign documents that had inaccurate numbers for absolutely no reason. This type of transaction should not have cost me over $11K. I was very disappointed this time but will give them another chance in the future because of the past treatment, and they also have taken great care of my daughter, who is in the coast.Guard. Definitely recommend.
