Our loan team was phenomenal! Cedric, Tyler, and Jared were attentive, personable, professional, and communicative. When we had questions, they had answers. If there were any speed bumps in the road, they communicated early instead of waiting until the 11th hour. We closed on time on our dream property and are excited to see what the next chapter in our lives brings.
Chance (and Tyler) worked so hard to keep us on track with the loan process. We had many questions because we were first time home buyers but he remained patient with us and answered all our questions. He is very knowledgeable and stayed positive the whole time. There are times we doubted ourselves but he believed in us and helped us all the way to the very end. We truly appreciate the team's hard work in helping us make our dreams come true! A shout out also to Sam who helped us bring our credit to a good spot so we can get started.

We weren't working with a realtor yet, so he even arranged a meeting with a local realtor in the Norfolk area. She was fantastic, and they worked together seamlessly throughout the entire process! Phil was so quick to get back to us, answer questions, and was always thorough in his explanations and updates. Ryan, Annie, Adam, and Maria were great. Anytime I had a question they were quick to answer. They made this process easy and less stressful. I appreciated how they remembered things I said and sent a personable gift right before closing. I also enjoyed laughing every time Annie and I were able to speak things happening into existence just by one of us asking if we could get a hold of someone. A+ team. Would definitely recommend them.
