Everyone was awesome except the young lady who offered me the homeowners insurance. She gave me a great price but apparently she didn’t do her due diligence because when I called her and said OK, let’s go with it she said the insurance company will not cover the house because it’s too close to the coast, I think she should’ve done a better job before offering me homeowners insurance and because of that that’s the reason why did not decide to go and get a security system from y’all or anything else so that’s pretty much it
I really enjoyed the setup of the website. We were able to get information and send documents with ease. We knew exactly what step we were on and what to expect. The loan team was always there with a quick answer for any and all questions we had.

I really can’t say enough great things about Hank, Drew, Rafael, Parker and the rest of the team. They made this buying extremely easy seen as how I was in New York and the house I was buying was in Florida. They were always extremely helpful and attentive during the whole process. Only thing I would recommend is not waiting until last minute to get final docs into the underwriter and the title agency. Other than that the process was great and we are enjoying our new home. Highly recommend.

VU had a very personalized and local approach to our home loan. They know the area well and are familiar with the laws and policies that a larger lender might miss. Their website and documentation system is very simple. We were informed every step of the way.
