Hello and thank you very much for an opportunity to express and thank My Team for guiding me through my FIRST homebuying process. I have heard and witnessed many people struggling through this process but My Team made this effortless!! The main thing I'd like to thank them for is their positive attitude and never making me feel defeated. From the time I was issued my pre-approval letter, all I kept hearing from them was, "We can't wait to get you into your new home" and they meant! MY REALTOR, MS. JANNA BANKS-----PHENOMENAL. Within 6 days of being assigned to me, we found a property. Due to the seller needing to make significant repairs, we were back out on the hunt for my new house! 14 days later....WE FOUND IT!! During the time we went under contract to closing, there was a 45K+ drop in the price of my house!! I was concerned but Jerry and Janna reassured me...things would be just fine and it was!! Michael called my on a Wednesday to tell me I was clear to close and I couldn't sleep right (too excited and in shock) until my closing date. Being apart of a vetted VA housing group on Facebook, I knew the "Magic" of the words clear to close. I couldn't BELIEVE I MADE IT!! THANK YOU ALL....SO VERY MUCH FOR EVERYTHING YOU DID FOR ME!
