My concern lies with all the required documents. I understand that much is needed based on each different situation. However, I would get excited at the thought of completing one list only to be blindsided by entire other list once one was completed. If I could do it over again I would love to know exactly, or to the best of your ability what and how much of something is actually needed. I understand that this can be difficult and would require some more work on your end, but I do believe the end result would benefit greatly from this.
I can not express enough how awesome Zachary Diggs was. He was my loan officer, and from the start he did an amazing job at communicating what was needed and making my home buying process painless. I don't want to imagine the hoops he had to go through to get me my pre approval letter even though I was actively in a bankruptcy, waiting on the maturity date, but he gave me everything I asked for and more. I would recommend him to anyone, and I plan on doing so as often as people tell me they're looking into home buying.
I just want to say thank you to Katy, Logan and Craig for all your help and guidance through what turned out to be such a wonderful home buying experience.

I will say it again. You guys do an amazing job making the stressful home buying process easy and you offer things that explain situations. However, you are not the lowest interest rate available as I learned this time around. I was already to far into the process to back out. I could of had an interest rate 1 whole point lower. My loan team did an amazing job there was a communication hiccup at times but we worked through it as a team and we completed the tasks. Thanks for all the help and we love our new home!
We moved from Florida to Tennessee in less than a month from start to finish. Jennifer and her team made the process as seamless as it could be.
