As a disabled Veteran I would like to say that from the very beginning of the process of purchasing a home the staff and individuals of Veterans United have been absolutely amazing. Seth, Sahara, Curtis and all those involved that made this process as seamless as possible I would like to say Thank You. My Wife and I are extremely happy and pleased with our brand new home and thanks to this Organization this has become a reality an I personally would like to just say thank you to each and every one of you an I would highly recommend Veterans United to any Veteran that maybe in the process of looking for a home to purchase!!!

They were great people to work with. Always quick to respond and usually could answer any questions I had as they came up through the process. I also liked that they had a no B.S. approach to everything and was straight forward and transparent through to the end.

i found it seemed more like defending myself in a court of law rather then borrowing money to by a home , way to many people involved and for sure to many questions , i received my loan but had a lot of heat burn along the way.

I’m really sorry to hear how overwhelming this process felt for you. Buying a home should feel exciting, not like you’re being put through an exhausting or stressful back-and-forth. I can understand how dealing with multiple people and being asked so many questions could start to feel frustrating and even discouraging.
While there are times when additional questions are needed to complete a loan, that shouldn’t come at the cost of making you feel uncomfortable or worn down. It’s important that communication feels clear, respectful, and supportive throughout the process, and I’m sorry that wasn’t your experience.
I appreciate you sticking through it to closing, but I regret that it came with what you described as “a lot of heat burn” along the way. I’d really like the opportunity to learn more about what happened and see where we could have done better.

By the time we came across Veterans United it had been our third time going under contract in the past year and a half, causing us to have low expectations for this one. That being said not only was Andy on the ball and responsive at every step but he did not try to inflate our idea of what we could actually afford. This made my wife and I confidant that himself along with the Veterans United team were in our corner truly acting on our in our best interest as a family. I couldn’t recommend Andy enough and will definitely be telling my Navy buddies to talk with him before house hunting!
