They went beyond the Call of Duty. They had everything in order as you go. The more progress you make the checklist is checked. The paperwork is marked done exactly how it's supposed to be done. So when you meet in person in physically sign in closing, everything is done and you've already gone through the paperwork inside. So you know what?
