I honestly didn't know what to expect coming into this process, I just knew I would like to own a home. It is unbelievable how the whole experience felt so effortless. I feel like the team worked very well together and made me feel taken care of. They were super transparent throughout the entire process. Our whole team was patient with us. Kollin and Andrew not only tolerated all of our stupid questions, but encouraged us to ask more. They handled everything very professionally and respectfully. I feel like they actually cared about us as people. By the time we closed on our new house, i feel like i made friends. They were very sympathetic and comforting during the loss of our daughter while waiting to close on our home and made us feel like buying our house was something we didn't have to stress about because they were handling everything. We really appreciate them and everything they've done.

Easy and smooth and very positive. Had a wonderful team that made it happen. Nacim, Jordan and Rachael made a great team and the process was fluid.
First off, VU with Kendall worked with me to keep a quote open until we could find a place for us. It took 10 months. Kendall texted every month or more, kind of irritating, him rubbing it in I didn't have a house yet. However, the commitment was obviously there. Once we did have a place we were in contract with, Kendall and Adrienne and Candace worked with us to get it through smoothly, better than was expected. Thank you to you all!

Mary Davis exemplified outstanding customer service. You could literally hear her smiles and enthusiasm through the telephone. She was always helpful, sharing insight no matter the time of day or night. There are a few things/events that occur in life that always seem to coincide with stress, having a baby and of course buying a home, however in this experience, stress was an emotion that I did not feel for once and for that I’m truly grateful. We first began searching for a home before a military move with unknown dates. The team helped us move quickly on a house that ultimately wasn't meant to be and handled it very smoothly. When we finally received orders and hard dates that required even quicker movement, the team came together again and made it happen on our timeline like true professionals.
