Veterans United made my process very easy. They were in constant contact with me. They were patient had some trouble in the beginning, but that didn’t stop them from doing an amazing job.
The whole team made the house buying experience great. Bryan was very personable, easy to work with, and consistently checked in with me to answer questions and guide me through the to do tasks. Sam was amazing from beginning to end and her personality, accessibility, professionalism, compassion, and enthusiasm made every phase something to look forward to. She went above and beyond and is a gem who believed in me and my family early and stayed positive the entire process. I am so glad we connected and I will definitely be using Veterans United again for future purchases because of Sam. We made it to the finish and we had fun along the way!

I accidently started the loan process earlier than I intended to. My loan officer reached out very quickly after I signed up, and even though i was not ready to purchase a house, she didn't close my case, but instead got a few preliminarry thiungs out of the way and then very patiently waited for me to be in a position to purchase a home. The whole process was very smooth, communication was clear and quick, and the online portal was very helpful to use. Overall, I am not sure I could have had a better home buying experience, and for a first time home buyer it meant a lot to me how much my team was willing to work with me and help me through the entire home buying process. Would absolutely reccomend to anyone seeking a home loan.
