We first began searching for a home before a military move with unknown dates. The team helped us move quickly on a house that ultimately wasn't meant to be and handled it very smoothly. When we finally received orders and hard dates that required even quicker movement, the team came together again and made it happen on our timeline like true professionals. I was very impressed with the customer service, software applications, and timeliness from start to finish. We will absolutely come back on our next home search!
I filled out rate reduction paperwork a month ago and have not heard anything about it nor can I find it online anymore.

Going through the process of buying a house is probably one of the most stressful things i have ever went through. Shane, Kayli, Kayla and the whole entire team that worked with me was AMAZING!They walked me through everything step by step. I rarely had questions because everything was explained thoroughly.I would recommend any Veteran to use Veterans United when buying a home!
