Honestly I was worried going into the process as a first time buyer but everyone was so helpful through it all! Schandler and Rachel were super helpful through the process and were always honest with me about everything. I hade a tight deadline I had to be at and they 100% pulled through for me. And thank you so much to the people I didnt get to talk to that helped with the loan it means the world to me and my family that I can finally give my kids the stability Ive always wanted them to have. We first began searching for a home before a military move with unknown dates. The team helped us move quickly on a house that ultimately wasn't meant to be and handled it very smoothly. When we finally received orders and hard dates that required even quicker movement, the team came together again and made it happen on our timeline like true professionals. Steve, Maggie, and the rest of the team did a phenomenal job in my opinion. Any of the holdups we had were not from Veterans United and my team. I feel like they went above and beyond and we're very friendly while still being professional. I would highly recommend to anyone because moving and buying a new house is very stressful and when your lender team is as great as mine was it takes a lot of the stress out of the situation.

There's just SO much that I can put here... from Jon Abernathy, Beau Roberts, and Kimberly Moravec, up to and including Matthew Fitzgerald... I just don't have the vocabulary to THANK EVERYONE enough. The way Laura & I were treated... ALWAYS in a kind, and timely manner. That meant a LOT to me. With THAT as the forethought of the whole process (and throughout!) it made the process SO relaxing. YES... there was bumps in the road, but everyone listed above helped us get painstakingly through them!
