We first began searching for a home before a military move with unknown dates. The team helped us move quickly on a house that ultimately wasn't meant to be and handled it very smoothly. When we finally received orders and hard dates that required even quicker movement, the team came together again and made it happen on our timeline like true professionals. My three-hour closing was unacceptable. There was no excuse for not have the loan amount at the closing within 15 minutes. The communication with Virginia Youngman was also poor and sometimes rude.
