Everything went great until Tanya transfer it to the underwriting team for process. The underwriting process went way too long. I did my part by providing all the information in a timely manner. I think this should be a much smoother process. Turn around time for underwriting process is horrible. Every time new information is requested/provided, it takes few days to entire week to analyze. Almost taking 2 months to complete the refinancing process.
