We were able to find and buy our dream home after a long search, and this means so much to us. The process of course comes with the inevitable stress of the future or unknowns, but our loan specialist and realtor made us feel like we genuinely mattered and were heard.

I think this company is too large that it has developed so many unnecessary hurdles to jump through most likely due to the amount of audits they are subject to. The process in general i believe would be easier with a local lender.
