Steer Clear. Work with a broker, not a bank. They only want to mislead and take advantage of veterans, not adequitely inform them of the entire process, each step of the way. Do not trust them just because their name is Veterans United. Work with a local bank that does VA loans.

Veterans United never ceases to amaze me. I used them the first time I bought a house and now when I sold my first house and bought my second. They were so friendly and helped me through every step. The entire staff was amazing and I would choose them every time. Definitely recommend.
