Our experience was great. Cal Thompson and the whole crew at Veterans United communicated with us at all times. They always let us know when they needed something. They treated us like we were family and our time was valuable and went out of their way to make things happen in order for us to get our home. Lyndsey with Heartland Properties - we couldn't have done it without her hard work and dedication and devotion. She stuck by our side to the end. Her communication with us was awesome. We couldn't be happier and all her team work paid off in the end. The hardest part was saying goodbye to her and Veterans United.
Wow I dont know where to begin, Veteran United has been a life changing experince for me and my Family. I got very lucky in my Opinon to have Yoel Stefano as my Loan Coordinator. My circumstances to close were challenging but Yoel kept me motivated n inspired n showed me realistic path ways to closing. It took a special type of character n experince to see me through this process, Yoel wanted me to be successful just as much as I wanted to be hence he gave my file the care and attention needed to get me to the finish line. I couldnt be more happier with life right now thanks to the determination of Veteran Uniteds team of dedicated staff. My loan team was incredible in every way! I have to say Kat was on top of everything and I enjoyed working side by side with her! I also want to give a shout out to Megan as well her and Kat were great together and we were sad she left the team, but happy she got a promotion she deserved. As easy as it gets
If you follow the instructions the process will be easier. The team i had was awesome. I thought homeownership was out of reach but the experience of VU made it happen.
This is my second home I’ve bought with veterans united and my team was great. I had issues with the well inspection. It was extremely frustrating and they knew I have PTSD and they were extremely sensitive to my emotions and kept me focused.
The loan process went incredibly fast. Veterans United was able to do what other banks couldn't do for different buyers.
You guys were at times hard to get a hold of but y’all came through for me!
