Am happy things

My team was amazing very responsive. Got everything done quickly zero headache.

I found the home buying experience with Veterans United to be very simple. When I had questions they were answered immediately. The market for the home that I purchased was very competitive and required prompt action to make it happen. They were right here every step of the way. I also found their interest rates to be competitive.

Veterans home united made the home buying process very easy & plesant! Would highly recommend

It was ridiculously easy and fast. Everyone on the team was fantastic and helped more than I could have asked for.

As soon as I got transferred over to Ryan's team I was taken care of very quickly. He got my pre qual taken care of within minutes and the rest of the process all the way through signing was just as smooth/easy.

Tyson and Matt were great. Everything went smoothly and easy!

Those concerned about the time frames of a VA loan need not to worry. I know experiences may vary, but my entire process; from getting my pre-approval was 35 days. That is including things that were out of Veterans United's control. Otherwise the timeframes could have possibly been even less. Thank you again Chrystal Franks, her team, and Veterans United.

Everyone there were very professional, on time with questions, was never a problem with anything you needed. Everyone there fantastic, great, if I had i would call you again. Thanks

Veterans United is outstanding. I can’t recommend them enough.

The entire team was super amazing to work with! Huge shoutout to Caytlin, Josh and Kris. They were always on top of everything and always kept us in the loop. Would definitely recommend them to and friends and family!

Overall solid. Had a better time with the buying agent vs the selling agent but .500 isn’t bad.

I wanted someone else for my loan coordinator, but I was forced to use her even at the end when I asked 3 times for someone else.I found nothing was explained, I was forced to repeat actions over and over. It reached the point that I almost walked away from signing for the house. If I hadn't needed a house ASAP I would have walked away when I found out she was still on my case when I was signing papers
Response from Veterans United
Hi Frank,
I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. Feeling like your requests for a different coordinator weren’t listened to, while also having to repeat steps without clear explanations, sounds incredibly frustrating. I can understand how that would leave you feeling worn down to the point of almost walking away, and I hate that this was the experience you had with us.
That’s not the kind of support we want for veterans and their families during such an important process. I’d like to make sure your concerns are fully heard. If you’d be open to sharing more, please reach out to my team of advocates at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com. We're available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday.

Outstanding 😊

This is my second time using Veterans United and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences
