I found the home buying experience with Veterans United to be very simple. When I had questions they were answered immediately. The market for the home that I purchased was very competitive and required prompt action to make it happen. They were right here every step of the way. I also found their interest rates to be competitive.
Katie, Greg, and Stephanie went ABOVE AND BEYOND to turn our dream into a reality. I don't have words to express our sincere gratitude to them and the rest of the VU Team. It was a nightmare, it seem like veterans united does not have enough people to work..there was no communication or even lack of communication this is my second time and last time ..

Aaron Guinn and his team have just been outstanding the entire time. Started out with "just looking" to buy a house in New Jersey and when that didn't pan out and had to start looking in Florida, Aaron was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and always available to answer any of our questions. When it came down to placing an offer on the house and getting into contract, I don't think I could have done it without him and his awesome team there. Professional and make working with my realtor, title company, and other companies very easy. I hope this is not the last time I get to work with such a great team. Highly recommended!
Tanner and Tim were great to work with. They were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Those concerned about the time frames of a VA loan need not to worry. I know experiences may vary, but my entire process; from getting my pre-approval was 35 days. That is including things that were out of Veterans United's control. Otherwise the timeframes could have possibly been even less. Thank you again Chrystal Franks, her team, and Veterans United.
