This has been a much better experience with VU for this loan (2025) and house buying. We really appreciate the clear communication and timeliness of the team. However, we did not like that the loan/closing documents seemed to be passed on in pieces/stages that were hard to follow. Some documents were sent through the app for completion, but some items were requested later through individual emails. This created some confusion for us, and we would prefer to review/sign as much as possible through the myVU app, or at least have all documents relayed in one email request. Katelynn helped at the last minute, but this last minute communication (Natalie's MDAC and VALD) could have been completed earlier in the process.
